1. What are the services provided by Jetair Tours ?


Jetair Tours providestravel booking for Flights, Hotels, Bus, Car, Train, Holiday Package. It also provides services like Visa, Forex, MICE, Travel Insurance and Corporate Travel.

2. How do I register with Jetair Tours?


At the top right-hand side of the site, you will see a tab with the text "Sign In".

Click on "Sign In" and then click "New User ? Create Account", fill in your basic information and click on "Submit" button.
Alternatively, you can sign up using your Facebook or Google Plus Account

If you are already a user on www.jetairtours.com, then you can also sign in using your JetairTours id and password.

3. What are the benefits of registering with Jetair Tours?


Jetair Tours has a wide audience worldwide. Once registered with Jetair Tours, you will be well informed about the timely promotions and Travel Discounts. There are specific Promotions that are floated only for our registered guests.

4. Is it necessary to register with Jetair Tours?


No, it is not necessary to Register with Jetair Tours but we adviceyou to register with us as you would be able to track your booking details, Payment details and receive offers on Cars, Flights, Hotels, Buses etc specially designed for our guests.

5. What is my User Id and Password?


The user Id is your email address and password is the same that you entered during Registration.

6. Can I change my User id?


Sorry, this feature is currently not available. Since your user id is your unique verification for us. You can make two different id’s with different email ids. This will be treated as two guests and the same cannot be inter linked.

7. How to change the Password?


Login with your Jetair Tours account, then click on “My Profile” and then click on “Reset Password” and change the password accordingly.

8. What if I Forgotmy password?


To change your password, you will have to click on the "Forgot Password" button displayed at the time of Sign-In. You must enter your registered Email ID. On verification, a link will be sent to you through which you can reset your password.

9. How to edit my Profile ?


Sign in to your Jetair Tours account with your username and password
Click on "My profile" tab at the top of the site and you can edit/update your profile.

10. How can I see my past booking and transaction details ?


Sign in to your JetairTours account with your username and password

Click on "My Bookings" tab at the top of the site.

You will see the complete list of past and current bookings.

11. Can I book on Jetair Tours.com if I am a non-resident Indian?


Yes you can. However, we accept Visa & Master Credit Cards & Debit Cards issued in India only.

12. Not able to Login with Username and Password

2. What are the kinds of Packages offered by Jetair Tours?

3. Can I Book an International Tour with Jetair Tours?


Yes, you can book both Domestic and International Tours on Jetair Tours. Request you to kindly visit our Holiday Package Page for more details or write to us on holiday@jetairtours.com for special rates for Tailor Made Tours.

4. Are the rates mentioned for the packages final?


Yes, the rates that are mentioned are final but the rates can change depending on factors like fluctuation in Currency Rates, Availability of rooms at the hotel and difference in Tax structures at that given point of time.

5. Do the rates change from time to time?


Yes the rates are subject to change without prior notice, depending upon the changes received from the service provider.

6. Are the bookings subject to availability?


Yes, the reservations are subject to availability.

7. Can I make an online / Offline payment for the Holiday Package I got made from your team?


Yes, one can make payments for the packages made by our team by Credit Cards (Master / Visa), Debit cards or Net Banking. Also, if required our team will send you a mail with the bank details, you can deposit Cash in our bank account as well.

8. How do I know my reservation is booked successfully?


Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive confirmation emails with the details of the services you have booked and payed for. You can carry a copy of the same while travelling. In case you do not hear from us, request you to kindly write to us on holiday@jetairtours.com or call on +91 22 2282 3224 and our team will get back to you in 24 Hours

9. What travel documents am I required to carry while undertaking domestic travel?

 

You require the following documents for Domestic Travel:

Confirmed tickets to your destination
Photo ID proof: Valid Photo ID proof from any Government Office (e.g. PAN Card/Driver’s License, etc)
Our Jetair Tours Booking Confirmation Voucher

10. What travel documents am I required to carry while undertaking international travel?

You require the following documents for International Travel:

• Passport valid for at least 6 months from your travel date
• Valid visa for the country you are visiting. You will also require a Transit Visa if you are transiting for more
• than 12 hours. Please check Transit Visa rules for the country of transit
• It is advisable to carry valid Medical & Travel insurance when traveling internationally
• Foreign Currency - It is not allowed to carry more than US$ 10,000 as a cash or travellers cheque
• Air Ticket - Confirmed return air ticket. A one-way air ticket will be accepted only for students or working
• professionals (Student Visa or Work Visa holders), as well as dependents of the working professionals
• Jetair Tours Booking Confirmation Voucher

11. What if I want to amend or cancel the package I have booked?


In this case, request you to kindly get in touch with our team at the earliest.
In case of a cancellation, you will be liable to pay for the cancellation charges if any.

12. What are the cancellation charges for Holiday & Hotel bookings?


Holiday Bookings:

From booking date till 15 days prior to departure - 30 % of Package Cost
7 Days prior to departure - 50% of Package Cost
3 to 7 Days prior to departure - 75 % of Package Cost
Less than 24 hrs to 3 Days prior to departure - 100% of Package Cost

Hotel Cancellation Policies varies from Hotel to Hotel. Apart from the normal cancellation policy,

13. What do you mean by "Per person on twin sharing basis" and what is difference between a Twin & Double Room?


This means the rates are for one person, when the accommodation is on twin-sharing, i.e., two people are sharing the room. Single occupancy has different rates, please contact our customer support team for these rates.
A Twin room has 2 Single or Queen-size beds where as a Double Room has 1 King-size bed.

14. Are there any hidden charges involved?


No, there are no hidden charges involved. You only pay the tariff that is mentioned on the website.

15. Can I travel if my passport has expired?


No, you cannot make an international travel if your passport has expired. You can only travel on a valid passport along with validity of 6 month before the travel is completed.

16. Can I make holiday booking over the phone?


Yes, you can. Please call our customer support team on the phone numbers mentioned above.

17. What if I have some special requests I need to be attended in my packages?


Our team will be working with you very closely to plan your travel needs, we will try our best to cater to your needs during your travel subject to availability.

18. What is the hotel's phone number?


The hotel's phone number will be sent to you by email upon completing the booking. You don’t need to call the hotel for confirming your booking. We have a team that ensures re-confirmation of your booking with the hotel.

19. How many days prior to the journey should I book the hotel / holiday package?


There is no specific date, however it is advisable to book your tour well in advance to procure hotel reservations. For all hotel bookings made on the website, you will receive a confirmation number via e-mail.

For hotel and vacation packages booked over the phone, our Tour Consultants would process all your travel details and check for availability with the hotel. Your travel would be confirmed over e-mail as soon as we receive a confirmation from the hotel.

20. What are the cancellations charges for holiday packages?


Cancellation charges depend on the country/city where the package is booked for. Please check with our customer support team for more details.

21. Can I change what’s in a holiday package?


Absolutely. We combine the best airfare for your destination along with multiple hotel selections. You can then pick and choose hotels, airlines, and sightseeing activities to come up with the right combination for yourself. You decide what's included in your package.

22. What all packages you have across India?


We have packages covering most of the destinations in India. Still if we don’t have anything you arelooking for; we have a dedicated specialist team to customize itineraries fulfilling your requirements.

23. Will I be travelling with a group or with my family alone?


In Fixed departure, you may travel with a group or you may travel exclusively with your family. It depends on the number of bookings made for the package which you have purchased. If there are other passengers as well who have booked the same package and departure then they will travel with you.

24. Can I only book the packages available on your website?


No, we can custom-make a package to any destination you wish to visit. Send us your requirements by just filling the Holiday enquiry form by clicking on “Send Enquiry” Option on top right of the website.

25. How do I custom-make a package?

26. Can I get a Visa arrangement with Jetair Tours?


We do provide visa’s along with some packages. Please call us on the phone numbers mentioned or Send us your requirements by just filling the Visa enquiry form by clicking on “Send Enquiry” Option on top right of the website.


27.Will someone be at the airport to help me with the transfer and check-in to my Hotel when I book a holiday package with Jetair Tours?


Depends, for most itineraries you will find that a Jetair Tours Representative will be available to help you upon arrival at the airport. Should there be no available representative you will be informed of the same. Special arrangements at cost can be made as per your request.

28.How do I confirm my Holiday Booking ?


We send the confirmation voucher within 24 hours after making the booking, if you don't get it please call us or mail us at holiday@jetairtours.com

29.Can I cancel by Holiday Tour Midway ?


Yes, you can but the amount would be non-refundable. Kindly contact our team

1. What is a PNR?


A PNR is the Passenger Name and Record which is with the airline made unique for each traveller.

2. How to book a Flight ticket on Jetair Tours?


Enter your “From” and “To” city and date of journey and click on “Search Flights”.
You will redirected to list of available flights. Select the flight according to your needs and click on “Book” and enter your details.

3. Can I book a single journey or a Multi City journey tickets?


Yes, you can book a single trip, round trip

Currently we do not have multi city facility. However, you can mail us at holiday@jetairtours.com or click on “Send Enquiry” option present at top right hand side of the website. Select “Flight” and send us your requirements.

4. How will I get my tickets?


As soon as you book with Jetair Tours, an E Ticket will be mailed to your register email id.

5. What is the mode of payment while booking a Ticket Online?


We can book ticket & pay online through Visa, Master card or Net Banking.

6. What documents are required along with the tickets while travelling?


In case of a Domestic Journey, you need to carry a photo identity card like a Pan Card, Aadhar Card, driving license etc. In case of an international Journey you will be required to carry your valid Passport along with the Visa to the country you are travelling to.

7. Can I get a Copy of my E Ticket?


You can click on “Ticket Cancellation” on top right side of the website.

Enter your Jetair Tours reference booking number and print your ticket.

8. What is the Baggage allowance on my ticket?


Please check the ticket as the same has been mentioned on it, if you need further assistance please get in touch with our Customer Care.

9. I need to Cancel / Amend my Flight Ticket, what should I do?


For Amendment and cancellation of the ticket you need to get in touch with our customer service team.

10. How do I get a refund incase I have cancelled my air tickets?


Refund for the cancel ticket will be credited to your account as per refund policy.

11. What is the age of the child considered as an infant?


A child till the age of 2 is considered to be an infant.

12. I have special Meal Request during my flight, what should I do?


Request you to kindly get in touch with our team or the respective airline and have any special requests included in your PNR

13. What is a Stopover Flight?


A stopover flight is the one which haults at one or more places before reaching its destination.

14. Do I have to change my Flight if it is a stopover flight?


Yes, you will be required to change the Aircraft at times; the staff at the airports will assist you for the same.

15. Will I be informed if the flight has been rescheduled?


Yes, you will be informed if the flight has been rescheduled by the concerned airline itself.

16. While travelling with an infant on the flight, is there anything special I must know?


Make sure they have valid proof-of-age documents when they're checking in, and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult.

17. What is meant by a direct flight?


A direct flight is a point to point (city to city) flight that is either non-stop or has one or more intermediate stops, but without any change of aircraft.

18. What is meant by a indirect flight?


An indirect flight is one where stop-overs via intermediate cities are involved. Indirect flights involve change of aircraft and often a change of terminal. It is not permitted to break your journey in a transit city.

19. What do you mean by a transit airport?


A transit airport is one where you land for a break in your journey. You may or may not change aircrafts at the transit airport but you will definitely not be able to leave the airport when you're in transit. 20. What is an amendment?


You can change the date or time (or both) of your travel; you cannot, however, change the sector(s) on which you're already booked. For example, if you're booked on a flight from Mumbai to New Delhi, you can't change your destination to Goa.

21. How do I know my reservation was booked?


You will receive an SMS and email on confirmation of your booking with JetairTours

22. Do I need to confirm my flight reservation?


There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you need any information, you can login to your Jetair Tours account and check your booking details in “My Bookings” tab or mail our customer service team.

23. How will I get my boarding pass for an e-ticket?


You will need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and your e-ticket number at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass thereafter.

24. Is it necessary to show my e-ticket confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?


It is not mandatory to show your e-ticket confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the e-ticket confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic proof of identity (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your e-ticket confirmation email and your e-ticket number.

25. Why do I see 'No Results' on the flight search-result page?


Clear your browser cache and try the search again. If you still don't get any flight results, it may either be because we can't find flights for that route or because there's no availability of flights for your dates. We request to enter any other suitable date of travel and book your tickets.

26. I entered my payment details and submitted the information. My card is charged but I see a blank screen. What now?


We're really sorry for the inconvenience. Please don't worry. We'll call you within four hours and complete this booking offline. We suggest you do not try booking again as you may end up getting charged twice. If you want, you can call us +91 22 2287 4721 we'll help you fix this immediately.

27. How long before flight departure do I need to be at the airport?


In case of domestic travel, Jetair Tours requests you to arrive at the flight counter at least 2 hours prior to departure.
In case of international travel, please arrive at least 3 hours prior to departure.

28. I have entered the wrong name. How can I change it?


The airline doesn't allow name change on the ticket, you'll have to cancel and re-book the ticket. Airline cancellation charges and JetairTours cancellation fee applicable.

29. I selected the wrong prefix (Mr/Mrs) to a passenger's name while booking. How can I get this changed?


Just call us and tell us your PNR number. We'll find out if your airline supports title change and if it does, we'll pass on your details to them. If the airline doesn't allow title change you'll have to cancel and then re-book the ticket with the correct title.

30. How To Print a Ticket ?


Log In to your Jetair Tours account.

Click on “My Booking” Enter your PNR or Booking Reference Number and click on “E-Ticket” and print it.

31. How to cancel Flight Ticket ?


You cannot do that online. Send us your details at websupport@jetairtors.com

32. The flight I booked was cancelled by the airline. How do I get my money back?


If the flight you booked got cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases. We request you to cancel your booking online first, by following the steps outlined in the question above. Once you have done this, please send an email to websupport@jetairtours.com along with your PNR number and if you mention that your flight was cancelled, we will make sure you get a full refund, after verifying the same with the airline.

1. Which car service does Jetair Tours Provide ?


Jetair Tours provides you car rental service from India's fastest growing car rental company – “JetFleet”. Theyprovide customized solutions to their clients for their car mobility needs.

2. How can I reserve a car?


You can make a reservation online or, by calling the 24x7 customer care centre at 1860 3070 1002. Our team will assist you.

3. What if the car doesn't show up or show up late?


We try our best to ensure our partners reach our customers on time.

In case the vehicle you booked doesn't show up, we will offer you a full refund immediately.

In case of delays, do call us and we will help you out by either providing an alternate vehicle or giving you a full refund.

4. How can I pay for my rental?


We accept all types of credit cards - Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also accept all debit cards and have net banking options.

5. How to cancel Cancellation my Booking ?


You can cancel your booking from the accounts page after logging in online or by calling the call centre.

The cancellation charges are as follows:


48 hours before booked time: No Charge
24 - 48 hours before booked time: 50% of the advance amount
0 - 24 hours before booked time: 100% of the advance amount

6. What do you mean by Driver charges and do I need to pay anything extra as night charges?


Driver charge is the amount paid to the driver for his services and you need to pay double driver charges if driver is driving cab between 10 PM to 6 AM or for more than 12 hours in a day.

7. Will my trip include all the Taxes, toll charges, parking charges?


No, expenses like toll charges permit charges, parking charges, entry & toll fees are to be borne by hirer and Service Tax & any other Government Tax as per Government guidelines will be charged on the total bill

8. What if I travel more than the estimated distance in the itinerary or take more time as stated earlier? Will it be part of my package?


We would like to inform you that the estimate provided at the time of booking is not to be construed as a package pricing for your trip unless specifically indicated. The final amount for your trip will be calculated based on actual usage (number of Kilometers and hours) and will be informed by driver and will also be charged by the driver.

JetPrivilege Programme' is the global frequent flyer programme, managed and operated by Jet Privilege Pvt Ltd., offering benefits, facilities or arrangements to members by reason of their membership in the programme.

2.What is JPMiles?


'JPMiles' means the miles accumulated by a member into his/ her JetPrivilege membership account. JetPrivilege members can earn JPMiles on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite, Jet Airways codeshare flights, and with JetAirways service partners.

3.How do I earn JPMiles with Jetair Tours?


JetPrivilege Members earn JPMiles from Jetair Tours through the purchase of Jetair Tours products and services eligible for earning miles like Holiday, Car, Hotel and Flight.
