ITINERARY:

 

Day 1 – Arrive Nairobi & onto Tanzania

Welcome to Kenya.

You will be welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your safari lodge in Amboseli.

The park is famous for its breathtaking views of the glittering Kilimanjaro, sheltering more than 420 species of birds, elephants, hippos and wildebeest.

Day 2 – Amboseli

This morning, rise up early to enjoy marvelous views of the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro. The world's tallest free-standing mountain actually stands just across the border in Tanzania, but Amboseli has a postcard-perfect view of its snow-capped peaks.

Later, enjoy great game viewing of the classic "Big Five" such as the lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, spotted hyena, giraffe and cheetah on a morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 3 – onto Naivasha

Today travel to Lake Naivasha, the only fresh water lake within Africa's great rift valley. The lake is famous for exotic bird life, hippos and fish.

The afternoon is at leisure or you can go for an optional tour to Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is home to the famous flamingos and hundreds of other species including the magnificent birds of prey.

Day 4 – and here we come “Masai Mara”

This morning, drive past the Great Rift Valley and head to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. This reserve is famous all over the world for its staggering variety of wildlife and seasonal wildebeest migrations. The plains are full of wildebeest such as zebra, impala, topi, giraffe and Thomson's gazelle. Also regularly seen are leopards, elephants, lions, hyenas, cheetah, hippos, jackal, large Nile crocodiles and bat-eared foxes.

Embark on an afternoon game drive and get to see the annual migration of thousands of wildebeest from the bordering Serengeti, not forgetting the predators that move along with them. This reserve is also famous for gazelles, antelopes and a variety of birds. Later, explore the park and admire the rolling grasslands dotted with acacia, hazy forested hills and reverie bush where the Mara river and its tributaries meander.

Day 5 – Masai Mara

Spectacular hot air balloon ride followed by a bubbly bush breakfast as an optional tour.

Later in the afternoon, embark on a game drive in the reserve, where you will have an opportunity to spot Africa's 'Big Five' - lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and the Cape buffalo. Admire the stunning landscapes of the savannah as you drive in a vehicle with a pop-up roof.

Day 6 – Return home

Today, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.

  • Cost of US $ 2,50,000 granted by the Reserve Bank of India under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme.
  • Any increase in the airfare / taxes / routing charged by the airlines for ticket.
  • Cost of extension of validity or deviation of your air ticket.
  • Any increase in rate of USD leading to an increase in Tour Cost coming into effect prior to departure. However, the rate prevailing on the given day of payment will apply. (presently calculated at INR 68)
  • Porterage at hotels, airports and seaports, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the touring group's menu.
  • Medical test and Premium cost of your Overseas Travel Insurance policy valid for passengers above 70 years of age.
  • Cost of your overseas Travel Insurance policy valid for the duration of the tour for passenger's upto the age of 70 years
  • Porterage at hotels.

IMP NOTE:

  • A part of your tour price will be taken in USD from your LRS as per RBI / GOI regulations.
  • For two adults and two children (both under 12 years) rooming together, the 1st child will have to pay "Child with Bed: price and the 2nd child will pay "Child without Bed" price.
  • Child without bed is an individual under 12 years of age sharing the room with 2 full paying adults and without a bed / cot.
  • In case of 3 adults OR 2 adults + 2 children OR 2 adults + 1 Child with bed in a room, 2 queen sized beds will be provided.
  • Maximum of 3 adults are allowed per room.
  • Additional supplement on account of fuel hikes and taxes as and when received would be applicable with immediate effect.
  • Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalty and rerouting charges (as applicable) will be charged.
  • All meals mentioned in the itinerary are pre-set and a-la-carte is not possible.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel/coach/restaurant of at any other venue shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damage, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, irregularity which may occur in carrying out tour engagements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
  • Subject to availability of flights and connections, passengers from other cities can take this tour from their cities by paying an additional amount as applicable per person, plus airport and Government taxes.
  • The management deserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedule of train, airplane, coach, ship or any other service.
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc not utilized on your tour.
  • For convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However the services remain unchanged.
  • The right to vary, amend, alter or withdraw any particular itinerary, departure or excursion rests entirely with the company. Due to demand of a particular airline the in / out points may change. Services however will remain unchanged.
  • The Local representative and driver will do their best to take you to as close to the monuments as possible, as because in some cities coaches are restricted.
  • On certain days, when certain attractions, monuments, museums etc are closed, the Tour Manager deserves the right to amend the itinerary / cancel the visit
  • The tour price mentioned is applicable provided there are 2 full paying adult passengers on the tour departure.
  • All services on "Seat-In-Coach (S.I.C.) basis
